Do I have to know what I want before I come for coaching?
Please don't let the fact that the majority of people "are not quite clear" about the areas they need guidance discourage you from obtaining a coach. The most prosperous, successful people in the world all have a mentor or coach who continues to help them through life. It's a wise decision. It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you want to build your personal image, self-esteem or seek a closer relationship with God. Whatever it is, bring a concept of what you want help with to our coaching session. Sharon’s role will be to assist you in obtaining your goal.

How much time does it take to have coaching with you?
Sharon’s coaching program is designed for your specific needs. The life coaching program is a 6-week commitment with two 60-minute sessions a week. If you need a shorter time for each session due to a busy schedule, Sharon can adjust the times to accommodate you. The minimum session length is 35 minutes, which will extend our time together past the 6-week mark. And you'll still be able to get the same resources and support you need to become the best version of yourself.

What are some way I can prepare for coaching?
Coaching is not about anyone telling you what to do, but about two people working together to discover areas where you need support. Sharon listens attentively before offering any thoughts or tools to guide you. The best way to prepare is to complete any pre-work given from the previous session, which could be as easy as reading scripture, reflecting journaling, or the weekly challenge that Sharon will always have posted. Before each session, Sharon always asks that you come with an open heart and a clear mind in order to receive and discuss the day’s journey.

I can't afford coaching but I need help. What can I do?
There are many programs available to aid with the expense of coaching and training. Sharon offers a scholarship program available via Building A Better You, a nonprofit organization that could potentially be of assistance. She provides a payment plan and takes credit/debit cards as payment. Once you begin the program, there will be a plethora of downloads available to you at no additional cost. Please let Sharon know what your needs are, and she will work it out to get you started.

I need assistance with my wardrobe, what if I can't afford to buy professional attire. Do you have resources to help in that area?
Need Wardrobe? No worries, Sharon has an extensive collection of wardrobe items of different sizes that she has gathered over the years. This winter, she will debut her online boutique, but in the meantime, you can book a private one-on-one appointment with her so she can "type your body" and help you put together a capsule wardrobe using the apparel in her clothing closet. This will happen after Sharon has worked with you for some time to ensure that you've received both the external and internal tools you need to succeed in every area of your life.
